State Testing - UGH.

There once was an SBA test
That claimed it was simply the best
                                  At measuring progress
                                  Of kids under duress
Can’t we give testing a rest?

I’m tired and at a loss for writing topics at the moment – so here is a short limerick this morning before Day 2 of our State testing begins.  Only Day 2 and I’m already weary…

Quote for the day:   Sometimes the littlest things in life are the hardest to take.
You can sit on a mountain more comfortably than on a tack.

  1. YUCK...remember this to shall pass. This year I moved down to fIrst grade and for the first time in a long time don't have to worry about the "big test" in April. I have years of memories of the anxiety and stress it produces all around though. I am sending you the beauty of Spring, a deep breath and a prayer.
